What we’re building

Fewer recipes, chosen carefully.

We are not trying to fill a shelf. We are starting with a small number of complete diets in areas where we think we can be genuinely better.

Recipes start here. We buy whole ingredients and build formulas around them, rather than reverse-engineering a spec sheet.

01
Cats

Longevity & healthy aging

Complete diets built around how cats age, a topic the category talks about far less than it talks about dogs.

Owners of twelve-year-old cats ask the most specific questions in the category, and get the vaguest answers. Senior cat content is thin almost everywhere you look.

How we talk about it: supports healthy aging.

Dogs

Joint support

Well served by supplements and toppers, much less so by complete diets built around it from the recipe up.

People start looking the first time a dog hesitates at the stairs. What they find is almost always a supplement to add, rather than a food to switch to.

How we talk about it: structure and function only.

Dogs

Gut health

Plenty of probiotic add-ons, few complete diets that own the subject rather than bolting it on.

It is the problem owners describe most precisely, usually after a week of mess, and the one where the advice they find is the least specific.

Formats

How the food shows up.

Dry

Our acquired lines are built for dry production, and it is where we can move fastest.

Wet

In development, with the same recipe thinking as the dry ranges.

Toppers

A format that lets people try us without changing what their pet already eats.

Channels at launch

Direct

Our own storefront, where we control the experience and own the relationship with the customer.

Amazon

Selling directly on the marketplace from launch, rather than waiting for a retail buyer to say yes.

Walmart

The same direct approach on the second marketplace where pet food volume is growing fastest.

Pet specialty retail is a later conversation.

On price

Priced below the vet aisle, without cutting the recipe.

Premium, vet-positioned food carries the cost of a long chain: brand, broker, distributor, retailer. We own the recipe and the plant, and at launch we sell direct and on marketplaces. That shorter chain is where our price advantage comes from, not from a cheaper formula.
